How to control weight during pregnancy

- A woman who is underweight and has a BMI less than 18.5 can gain between 13 and 18 kg.

If you gain weight during pregnancy and have a weight beyond classified as normal, it is best to follow some tips:

1. Have a good breakfast

2. Eat 6 times a day
